Paradise-To-Go:
Keynotes & Workshops for Visiting Organizations, Groups, and Conferences

Keynotes,
90-minute Workshops, & Half-Day Seminars
From Chaos to Clarity: The
Asian Art of Self Mastery.

This program utilizes the wisdom of the East to teach
your work force to: harness time despite interruptions;
become more conscious of "energy leaks;" establish
mental strategies that motivate instead of relying on
the common adrenalin producer of "waiting until the
last minute;" and adapt time tested methods taught
in the Martial Arts and Meditation Practices to clarify
priorities, feel more centered, and reverse symptoms of
burnout, including anxiety, apathy, depression, hyperactivity,
adrenal exhaustion and insomnia.
Inspiring
Yourself and Others: An
East West Approach to Leadership.

Asian cultures believe that leaders must cultivate a sense
of inspiration from within before they can be inspirational
to others. In this program managers will discover how
you teach others to behave toward them, they will identify
your strengths and weaknesses, reframe their perceived
weaknesses into assets, harness their energy so that their
very presence commands respect, and they will learn how
to walk their talk so that what you say resonates as wisdom
rather than knowledge.

retreat designed to help each member of your group embody
the spirit of aloha. If you are going to spend the money
to be in Hawaii, insure that your work force gets the
support they need to handle the mental, physical, and
psychological stressors that can interfere with attendance,
concentration, the quality of the work product, and group
morale when they return to the workplace. Wellness Retreat
Days will put your company back on track. Each program
begins with an authentic Hawaiian chant and integrates
Asian-Pacific values, customs, and language into the subject
matter.

On-site Programs for Visiting Groups, Companies and Organizations
The Hawaiian Islands provide a unique healing environment in which visitors can relax and revitalize themselves. However, 82% of Hawaii's visitors work while they are here and often complain that they cannot wind down enough to really enjoy it. The Hawaii Wellness Institute provides an East-West approach to rejuvenation by providing the tools necessary to decompress, release mental tensions, regenerate energy, and stimulate inspiration so visitors will return home feeling renewed.
An East-West Approach to Performance Enhancement
Busy and productive people report having less time available to pursue professional development, let alone to take care of personally rejuvenating themselves. But when quality time is sacrificed in one's personal life, challenges inevitably arise in one's professional performance, communication breaks down, motivation weakens, decision-making becomes difficult, and negative attitudes begin to sneak into an otherwise responsible work force. Reversing the symptoms of burnout before the domino effect begins requires immediate and specific remedies.
Our primary trainer, Sunny Massad, Founder of the Hawaii Wellness Institute and originator of UnTherapy®, has a Ph.D. in psychology and specializes in reducing stress-related conflicts. Participants will learn how to integrate traditional approaches of the Asia-Pacific basin to successfully adjust their attitudes and behavior so that they align with their personal and professional values in the routine of their daily lives back home.

Revitalizing Your Most Valuable Commodity: Your Work Force
The Hawaii Wellness Institute, a nonprofit training organization, specializes in the advancement of human potential by addressing the core issues by which stress, negative attitudes, and sloppy work habits are considered symptoms of imbalance. Health and family problems, psychological and workplace conflict and other stressors can become Personnel Department problems when they interfere with attendance, concentration, the quality of the work product, and group morale. The Hawaii Wellness Institute provides programs that help career-minded professionals to manage their attitudes, increase their motivation and instill routines of discipline to insure more proficient performance in their careers. The end result of increasing worker fulfillment is better health, which results in increased productivity, lower absenteeism, loyalty, and a renewed willingness to immerse oneself in company culture.
Celebrating Cultural Diversity
As a tribute to Hawaii's unique locale, positioned strategically between the East and the West, and its fusion of a diversity of cultures, Sunny Massad integrates traditional Eastern values like calm, order, peace of mind, and selfless service with Western standards of expediency, productivity, and success. These programs are fast-paced, fun, experiential, and are easily adapted to daily routine.
